George Kalaitzides, founder of George Kalaitzides Architects, established the practice in 2016 in Pafos.

Trained in architecture at Neapolis University Pafos and in urban & rural planning at the Engineering School of Thessaly University, he’s well-versed in both fields.

With previous work experience in large property development companies, he brings extensive knowledge of the Cyprus planning system.

Originally from Greece, he now resides in Pafos, Cyprus, with his wife and two daughters.

As a member of both the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) and the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE – TCG), he upholds professional standards in his practice.

With over 15 years of experience in the field, I believe that architecture is more than just the assembly of materials—it is the creation of environments that listen to their surroundings. My approach blends the technical precision of commercial development with the intimate, bespoke nature of private residential design.
