Capturing panoramic vistas of the Cypriot coastline, this Peyia villa uses minimalist geometry to frame the Mediterranean. Its transparent structure and sweeping roofline dissolve the boundaries between the architecture and the sea.
Natural materials—wood, stone, and raw concrete—interface with crisp white walls and modern aluminum systems to ground the home in its rugged surroundings. This award-winning design, recognized by the BIGSEE Architecture Award 2024, prioritizes a seamless flow between the anchored southern façade and the airy, open-plan interior. Every element is meticulously placed to highlight the contrast and harmony of the landscape, resulting in a residence that serves as a quiet observer of the horizon.
