Prioritizing human scale, this residence balances fluid curves with precise lines to create an approachable, refined form. Layered thresholds preserve privacy while allowing light and air to flow through seamless, semi-outdoor spaces.

The project features five apartments—three spacious three-bedroom units and two two-bedroom residences—defined by an architectural language of openness. At the rear, a communal garden serves as a shared green sanctuary, fostering community and extending the living environment into nature. By prioritizing the relationship between form and everyday life, the building offers a harmonious retreat where modern aesthetics and functional, light-filled interiors coexist effortlessly.

Translating vision into structure.

The studio is currently evaluating new commissions for bespoke private residences and large-scale developments across Cyprus.
