This Geroskipou development features five townhouses across three levels, shaped by its steep, triangular site. The architecture responds to the challenging topography, ensuring each home benefits from a private rooftop garden.
The design utilizes the verticality of the three-story structure to maximize outdoor space, providing residents with elevated retreats that capture the surrounding views. Although the project was completed without our firm's direct supervision, the core architectural intent remains centered on a strategic response to the terrain and the efficient use of a complex footprint. This resulted in a series of homes that offer both individual privacy and a unified, modern presence within the neighborhood’s residential fabric.
