The interior spaces are defined by open-plan living areas that extend seamlessly to generous verandas, fostering an indoor-outdoor lifestyle. A key architectural feature is the innovative sunshade ceramic block panels, which elegantly filter sunlight to enhance comfort and energy efficiency. By incorporating natural stone, wood, and board-formed concrete alongside integrated green walls, the project adds a layer of warmth and sophistication to the city environment.
